We aim to dispatch all orders from our winery here in Marlborough within 24 hours of payment being received. We endeavour to deliver your order to the stated address within 3-5 working days.
Please note that delivery to rural locations may take up to 7 days.
We are currently offering free delivery to anywhere in New Zealand for 12 bottles or more. We charge $8.50 for less than 12. Orders can be mixed varieties but we prefer to ship in units of 6 or 12.
Our orders are shipped with NZ Post Couriers so we need a daytime delivery address please.
Also please note that special delivery instructions such as “leave on front porch if no-one home” are no problem, but are at your own risk. Please note that by ordering via our website shop you are agreeing to indemnify both the courier and Te Whare Ra Wines against any claim for loss or damage for wine left under the above instructions.
If your order is a gift please let us know in the special delivery instructions what you would like to say in a complementary gift card.
If you’re ordering from overseas for someone in NZ – please add your address but put New Zealand as the country as that will allow you to continue and add the NZ person and shipping address.

International Orders
Te Whare Ra offer international shipping to most international destinations.
Cases can be mixed. All international shipping prices include all the fees and charges and taxes for door to door delivery
International orders need to be processed differently, so please contact us by email if you want to take up this option. Then we can let you know the up to date pricing and any special conditions for shipping to your home and the timeframes that are involved.
